Oil shipments thru Iraq-Turkey pipeline & Ceyhan port- shut down by Ankara in 3/23 due to legal conflicts- resumed last week: Iraqi Kurds had lost billions in revenue. One major Kurdish customer, Israel, will prob no longer be taking, as the exports are now responsbility of the Iraqi government.
Very interesting, from Israel's most dependable polls (in 9/25).
64%: Bibi should take responsibility for 7/10 and resign (45% immediately, 19% "after the war").
72% of Jews surveyed think Palestinians don't have right to their own state, increase of 11% from '24.

Just in case anyone misses it, in my view, "the hard way" for Netanyahu is negotiations.
I've said this before: it's hard to think of ways that an Administration run by actual Russian agents would handle national security issues differently.

This photo of Bibi’s apology call to Qatar’s ruler is one for the ages. The corded phone in Trump’s lap, the script on Bibi’s, Trump’s perturbation.
And it comes right after his 27 minute ramble yesterday alongside Netanyahu while announcing his plan to solve "for eternity" the Palestinian problem which has existed for "thousands of years".
Just thinking about this guy - who would today be jeered in "some quarters" as DEI or scrubbed from DOD websites - and how his service compares to that of the Secretary of Defense and Vice President (who should be lauded for serving at all, unlike majority of Americans and of elected officials)
And the pathetic use of "we can do this the easy way or we can do this the hard way", trying to show how au courant he is with MAGA.
Netanyahu looks terrible. Looks like he realizes it's all catching up with him and he's going down. Despite how his minions are spinning it, this would not be happening without the misguided strike in Qatar, which was assuredly not a master stroke: this is NOT what he wanted.
Ben Caspit: So Netanyahu apologized to the King of Jordan (after Mashaal), to Erdogan (after the Marmara), and to the Emir of Qatar (after the Israeli strike). The only ones he hasn't apologized to are the Israeli people.

unfortunately, Churchill did not say this quote wildly attributed to him " the best Argument against democracy is a five minute conversation with the average voter". (I still love it, and deeply believe it).

Did Churchill Say 'Best Argument Against Democracy' Is 5-Minute Conversation with Average Voter?
Churchill is a frequent subject of false quote attributions.

What's sad here is that if this is the plan, could have been presented and implemented in '24. All elements have been obvious since the beginning, including the fact that there is no realistic Palestinian partner apart from a reformed Palestinian Authority.

I always prefer those kind of theories, which help me explain what I'm looking at, than those that seek to explain what I'm going to see in the future, which rarely work
But that is the nature of a lot of theory: it serves to explain what we can see and why it is happening.
We're so wrapped up in politics that we don't realize that the mammal revolution has begun..
"Around the UN": 35 mile radius around the UN much of the tri-state area. The drama is extremely misleading.
