Rectified the mistake, I made the Follw sign over a week ago and have been messing about with the sign bracket, looked at the images and swore out loud, now sorted thanks to Dymo lettertag machine. #histscalemodels #scalemodels

Finished the Italeri 1:24 Willy's Jeep. Decided to do it a bit different and finished it a follow me vehicle. Basic kit with a pait job and some different decals. The follow me board is a piece of old bank card And mounted on 1mm brass rod. Enjoy #histscalemodels #scalemodels

I took advantage of the heating and "warmed" it up a little to hardened the paint, so now its chequerboard. It did my head sorting it. #histscalemodels #scalemodels

This is going to be shown alongside the P-51. So this is what im going to do with it, olive drab and yellow sorted. Leave it all to cure overnight then I'll have a go and the black for the chequerboard finish.

Im afraid this is it for now, two major parts for the wings are missing, so waiting for airfix to send them. I was a bit weary with the parts as there was a lot of lose ones in the bags, far too many. I did wonder if this was an issue and parts had just been thrown in. All is made up that can be.

Progress so far on the 1:24 Airfix Mustang. All the cockpit parts are done, the pilot needs some work, some green in the lower engine bay. All the other internal bits are done. It's been flash nightmare, other than that ok. All dry fit seems fine, but it does until its glued. #histscalemodels
