A possible alternative to what Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s tattoos mean. I read somewhere that a tattoo artist had seen many of these tattoos over his career. I don’t know if this explains it but being given the benefit of due process could certainly help clarify. Too bad he didn’t get that opportunity.
