Didn't get to do some baking yesterday so the marathon baking session has begun today. The apartment smells like spices and the first batch has emerged.

White chocolate snowball update 2: kinda fixed, thanks to a little dip in more chocolate. Not perfect, but not bad for a first try.
Life lesson: many things can be fixed by adding chocolate. Just don't let the chocolate set on a wire rack.
Next up: LET'S MAKE SOME ACTUAL COOKIES!

Chocolate snowball update: the white chocolate coating did set (yay!) BUT they stuck to the wire rack. So now I need to buy more white chocolate and re-dip the damaged side.
Lesson learned: line everything with baking paper!
