You are an anomaly,
Watch your back accordingly,
The door’s lit; leave your square siblings behind,
Honor them by letting your elephant-self shine!

You are an anomaly,
An heir of discrepancies,
You must understand your chemistry,
Watch your back accordingly!
You are an anomaly,
This knowing isn’t superiority,
But truthful and necessary,
The door is lit after this clarity!
You may wear the same clothes,
But you don’t sing the same note,
Like a book with the same cover,
Written by a different author!
Just another kid with childhood trauma,
Just another child with family drama,
A cut from the same tapestry,
A character from the same story.
But somehow you turn out different,
The mold used to create you is irrelevant,
An elephant shape made from a square cookie cutter,
A miracle that is hard to decipher.
Inside the same type of oyster,
There you are, rendering a different color,
Similar environment and climate,
Somehow you end up a different shade!
For you to survive in this world,
You must know you are a rare pearl,
Square cookies might be your brothers and sisters,
That doesn’t mean you radiate the same color!
You are an anomaly,
Unlike your kin from the same tapestry,
Some of them currently have no capacity to bond,
Like closed rose buds with a lot of thorns!
You are an anomaly,
Watch your back accordingly,
The door’s lit; leave your square siblings behind,
