Reminds me of that one time when our cat Paula begged at the table. She never did that, but one day she'd brought home a great tit on the day when my mother made chicken, and when we sat down to eat, Paula *screamed* in indignation that we were eating her (magically inflated) tit and not sharing!

Yep. I slid under the closing cave entrance of the local post office yesterday, throwing the employee my very last packages to the US, and then rolled out, barely retrieving my hat.

Deutsche Post sent a mail on Friday that conveyed utter bewilderment while still trying to sound professional.

I really love it! It handles closer to watercolour than gouache, but has the creamy look and the quick-dry features of gouache. I've now set out to explore with opaque wc (the normal ones that have the "opaque" square) to see if they're similar. I've always avoided anything non-translucent!

If it's international left-handers day, I’ll bring up Evi! She's probably the opposite of Maedhros - a leftie forced to forego her left-handedness. Boy, how I’d hate that.
Also, I’m left-handed too, and Maedhros was the first literary leftie I ever encountered, so that’s something!
