When you see someone silenced in a conversation, turn the attention back to them so their voice is heard. If you notice someone falling behind, match their pace and walk beside them. When a person is left out, be the one who opens the door and brings them in. Show people they matter.
Feeling invisible can cut deep, and even the smallest act of inclusion can remind someone they are valued. Those moments stay with people far longer than you realise.

"Rich kids will eat for free too" is a good thing:
A) it reduces stigma for the kids who need the program.
B) there are very few rich kids.
Instead there are rich parents and not all of those are loving & attentive as they should be.
C) all kids should eat
