What if, anytime a province invoked the notwithstanding clause, a provincial election was immediately triggered?
If you want to take away anyone's rights, which is what what the notwithstanding clause is for, the public gets to have their say about that immediately.

There are better models for postal delivery then what Canada has been overspending on.
For those who wonder what a modern postal service could look like, one example is in France, where letter carriers provide check-ins on the elderly for very affordable rates, while completing their routes.
