Trek & Trek fans care about diversity, equity & inclusion. And I recall an entire episode where the landing party was horrified that available medical cures were being withheld from those who were not of a certain class. So it’s fair to say Trek is not GOP aligned.

They should be paying more taxes with all this $ lying around. Why do they get to pick & choose what they fund while the rest of us send in our $ just to have PBS cut so ICE can kidnap more people. Tax the rich!
