Y'all, I went down a rabbit hole, curious about Donald Trump's claims of stopping the war between Armenia (not Albania) and Azerbaijan.

Hold up. I didn't even see the video of her berating staff. That gives me hives.

First time I was working on a gubernatorial race, the Governor berated me in the middle of a street for something I didn't even know I had done wrong. At 21, I was jumpy for a month. Staffer held her own, kudos.

ICE targeted an apartment building near my home. Masked agents in unmarked cars. I've said this before. Democratic Governors & Mayors need to order their local police depts to arrest any & all unidentified & masked alleged ICE agents.

Please don't buy the PR campaign that labels the ceasefire and return of hostages a Palestinian/Israeli peace plan.

The whole "Peace Plan" as proposed still has Donald Trump becoming defacto chairman of Palestine, overseeing reconstruction with a board of international people he selects...

I am - still know all my grandparents' (former) numbers, my best friends' numbers, the number to my Dad's office WITH extension, and the number to the local movie theater, which you had to call and dial through a menu to figure out what times the movie you wanted to see was showing - old.

Did people really memorize phone numbers before cell phones, or is that just a movie thing?

I was watching some old shows from the 90s and noticed people would just dial numbers from memory - like they'd call their friends or family without looking anything up.
Made me wonder if that was actually normal back then? Did people genuinely have all their important numbers memorized, or did most folks keep a little address book or written list nearby?

I can’t help but think today about how many young people were savaged on social media, branded as anti-semites and abandoned by their schools for daring to call for a ceasefire. I remember saying that it was the first time I can remember that calling for ceasefire was regarded as a hostile demand.
