Can't believe Herbert Einstein isnt in the sequel to the hundred year old man who climbed out the window and disappeared. I almost dont want to read it now... such a laugh the first book - recommend Jonas Jonasson

Was talking with ma mate today about it! Canna wait to read o'er his poyums that mean the maist to me and eat a haggis...probably will try to get peppercorn sauce this year for a first time (donno if it adds anything or not or if Burns wad hae even approved haha!)

Also.. I hardly leave the house these days... People dont want to play football with a 34 year old man anymore, I dont enjoy a walk so much cause of my sciatic nerve damage and I certainly dont go out my way to exercise....This changes in 2026!

24 stone... was 13 stone 12 years ago.. somethings gone so far wrong haha mainly the beers and the takeaways and the chocolate and crisps with fizzy drinks like irn bru and lucozade orange!!! New regime in 2026 - cause I want to enjoy Christmas haha

Russian twists with the medicine ball, side lunges, lunge ball pass through the legs, bicycle twists, high knee, ball tap and others will be good for me in the new year i think!

..Can roll it about and mimic the stretch if i can and im sure theres other exercises and other stuff that the kettle bell doesnt do

Getting a medicine ball for ma Christmas too so i can do gentlish excises with it (prob should use my kettlebell but I feel the ball might be more beneficial as I have sciatic nerve damage)

Im getting clubs for Christmas so I'll be at the driving range next year and hopefully out for a round before the world cup!

Aberdeen v Hearts tomorrow is on Nowtv...... I guess I'll watch that until the arsenal game comes on- some fitbaw on the go.. What a week for football but.. the season remains under observation..
