Anyone else sometimes struggle with negative/anxiety thoughts as soon as they try to sleep? Feels like no matter what u do/think u cant stop it, like a flood from a dam and all u have is a pale/bucket. Even if u had a great day it can still happen sometimes. Im going to be exhausted today for sure 🫠

One day I’ll learn to manage my constant anxiety. And function like a normal competent person. But not today!!!

I feel like I might need to take not just a online detox but a social one and be a hermit for like a week idk. But I know isolation invites rumination. It be one thing if it was just my own problems but so many are going through it and I can’t do anything about it which only makes it worse 😩😭

Most of the ppl and creators I admire I met at #Twitchcon was on a whim. I was a bit shy to potentially bother ppl on my first ever con. But I got to meet with friends and was happy with the mutuals and ppl I watch I got to meet 😁
