He had the unused bull mask from Forces, the hood from Warlock Infinite and like, cracks with some purple stuff going through him where the Ruby used to be, and limbs that turned into a blue digital effect kinda like Cyber Sonic.
Looked kinda like a mix of these 2, with a bit more final design stuff

If it doesn't get an update by the end of November, I'm fully throwing in the towel for 99, no more copium. Would be bummed if it never gets a Switch 2 resolution patch at the very least.
This year's been really disappointing for F-Zero, with GCN NSO's problems, X still having fps dips, and 99 dying
