Smoke detector battery died. Just went out to buy new batteries, come back, replace battery and it’s still beeping!!

Growing up in DC and PG country was a blessing b/c not only did I have a strong Black foundation at home I saw Black people everywhere doing everything! Looking, speaking, dressing, and expressing in a number of ways! I took it for granted at first but not everyone grows up w that.
