I honestly think Helluva Boss’s interpretation of the Sins is one of the most nuanced and interesting takes on the 7 deadly sins. It feels like a deconstruction of WHY each behavior is sinful and it usually comes down to the fact that these behaviors can harm others when taken to extremes.

For 7 years she massacred sinners thinking they couldn’t ever hurt them and then she has to deal with the psychological trauma of her own mortality.

I know people commented on Lute still wearing her clothes with Adam’s blood on it being a sign of depression (which is likely still true)
But she also had Sinner blood on her clothes BEFORE the extermination started.
