Former Software Engineer @flipboard.com If it's broke, I might fix it. Crushing it always 🤙🏻
I picked up this book because it was from the @caltech.edu book store. I leave the book and the person it belonged to. I have a hard time believing that the person this belonged to let it go.

Also! Did you know that you can publish your Surf Feeds to @bsky.app? Just hit the three dot menu at the top right when you're in your feed in the Surf app, and then select Publish to Bluesky!

Sad I have a Bill Atkinson print on the wall. (Can’t remember the name and am not going to take off the wall but all the provenance is in the back)

This is nice, there has been a slow erosion of why I like to develop on MacOS the deprecated the sandbox-exec hopefully this will allow us to run things like MCP servers and tools in a restricted environment.

Will report back with photo soon

"Guests can opt to transform their hot latte into a “selfie-ccino” by scanning a QR code at the register, uploading an image or selecting an image ... and a laser imaging device will burn the photograph or artwork onto the coffee’s foam."

"The AI" will often insert a different kind of space character into generated text as a hidden marker

I've quoted the character here, it looks like a space but it is unique and not the normal SPACE UTF-8: 20

hidden marker -> ` `
NARROW NO-BREAK SPACE
Unicode: U+202F, UTF-8: E2 80 AF
