The amount of vitriol regarding Sasaki's signing is rather puzzling. Soft? Easy way out? I mean, he likely spent a number of years idolizing Ohtani. Wouldn't you want to join the best team in the sport and play alongside your idol?

Offseason looks just about done. Hopefully they'll sign Sasaki in January. Would like Scott as well, but not sure the FO would give 4 years to a reliever at this point. Imagine Kershaw, Hernandez, maybe Kelly (lol) will sign after 60-man IL becomes available (5 guys projected to go on)
