I wanted a #dragonage tattoo for years. Something not instantly recognizable though & the red lyrium dagger from #veilguard "spoke" to me. I'm corrupted myself 🤪 so I decided it's a good fit for my first tattoo. And yes, I'm already planning for a few more 🤣 I'm extremely happy with the result

Damn #Anno117 😭 time flies when you play 🫠 continued my coop session with a friend & then all of sudden, it's 6 hours later 🤣 and I said to her "ummm, maybe we should think about going to bed at some point" xD (it's 2 am here and we just stopped 😅

That's a wrap on my 3rd PT of #DragonAge The Veilguard (Mourn Watch mage).

Even with a Mourn Watch character, thy feel less integrated into the story than the Shadow Dragons, Crows, Wardens & Veil Jumpers by comparison. But I did enjoy playing as Mourn Watch & the having the unique dialogue.

Like The Hero or Ferelden, no matter who they were, wants to stop a Blight. The Inquisitor wants to repair the sky. And Hawke, like, wants to make some money, hang around their friends, and keep their family and their adoptive city safe. And they can’t even fucking do that, so unlike the heroes before and after them. You spend seven years in Kirkwall until the game says, “yeah, no matter what, the prejudices and traumas and hurts of this world are Too Much for one person to stop them. The world changes, wars roll over the land, you cannot stop history, Hawke. You tried. You failed.” And then you just sit there, sixteen years old, listening to “I’m Not Calling You A Liar” and you’re like….well, I guess I really wasn’t a hero. Damn. I love it.

One last post to mark the end of #DragonAge day. I've shared this before (pinned on my feed).

It's been almost a year since I got my first tattoo. Ofc it had to be Dragon Age themed. I chose the corrupted lyrium dagger & the amount of detail the tattoo artist was able to get in there is crazy.

When I got up today I forgot that it's Dragon Age day 😅 but something in the back of my mind seemed to remember, cause I wanted to jump back into my Mourn Watch run to continue a bit.

Feeling a tiny bit somber, so playing through Bellara's personal quest was probably a good fit by chance. 😆
