This podcast is absolutely fascinating. Pitcairn is where Fletcher Christian and the other Bounty mutineers settled in 1790. Its inhabitants (totalling less than 50 in number) are mainly descended from the mutineers and the women they took with them from Tahiti. www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/brand...
