I've found times in my life trying to make posts to get attention get no attention. That sitting in a quiet room alone makes your thoughts the loudest. And knowing so many people doesn't mean they try to know you.

About a month ago I was in the hospital for a Gall Bladder removal. Since then I've ate very healthy.
I'm 28 lbs down and 100% acceptable range blood sugar for 2 weeks straight.
