Listening to a German Staatssekretär explain why digital sovereignty matters to them. He put it as “AI and cloud will create hundreds of billions of euros in value, will it stay in the EU or move overseas?”
A simple equation. But imho dangerously simplistic.

One thing I love about elections in California is how many options there are to cast your ballot. I chose to vote in person more than a week ahead of voting day.
