Giants orthopedist Dr. Ken Akizuki and Dr. Keith Meister both recommended that Randy Rodriguez undergo Tommy John surgery. Rodriguez will make a decision this weekend. Horrible news for the breakout star of the 2025 season. Surgery would keep him out all of next season.
