I so torn, I’ve always been a grass boy, but Gen 2 has, since inception, been the hardest to choose grass thanks to this little asshole:

I detach most quote reposts if it’s not my art, it’s not personal (usually). I appreciate the shared sentiment, but generally when stuff is quoted it’s not the attention I wanna be rallied around for on here.

Buy Queer art though, even if it ain’t mine! Share that shit everywhere!

That too! Though that is a little more difficult with the current state of concert prices. They’re quickly becoming a luxury (even for smaller bands) on both ends, whereas they used to be a somewhat effective way to support artists you like directly.

The responses to my shirts and art were great, there wasn’t a single ounce of negativity tossed my way. In fact, most people seemed surprised and delighted to see something so gay in the Market. I was definitely the only vendor there offering gay designs, which in itself makes me glad I did it.

The other two vendors had been multiple times and said this was the worst in terms of foot traffic and sales, but I still seemed busy most days, so I can’t even imagine what it would be like during peak seasons. I definitely want to see though.

One day later, Pike Place Market was a great experience., such a great program to highlight local vendors. This was considered off season, and there were definitely a lot of lulls during the day. But it has me excited to go back and do it again, maybe in May, and possibly in July.
