the Project Mayhem campaign takes an interesting approach in that out of 100 renegade actions they commit, 99 are basically grosser versions of them spray painting cartoons of dicks everywhere, and then the last one is Ethical 9/11

Shirley Hazzard's "The Great Fire" and Penelope Lively's "Moon Tiger" are so thematically similar that they feel like twin novels to me. Except Lively's narration reads like the narrator smoked salvia and I like that novel *way* more
