It’s building dorms etc. at an existing base to train them on F-15s we sold them, just like Singapore already has there. Common arrangement we have with lots of countries. This one was already being planned under Biden.

It's a good, if standard, programming move. If the Bari Weiss 'experiment' at CBS News is limited to just her using her rolodex to get bigger names than usual to come on CBS Mornings or the Evening News, that's a pretty productive outcome.

Glor, like Dickerson and DuBois, never should have been put in the chair to begin with. You could at least see O'Donnell's imprint on the show with a greater emphasis on the military and foreign news and a focus on (certain) women's issues.

Duffy is referring to the Essential Air Service program, a subsidy for operators at rural airports, which will lose funding on Sunday.

Shutdowns cause problems, but he didn’t specifically say “safety drops off on Sunday.”
