Section 2 of the 15th Amendment explicitly delegates to Congress the right to decide how to enforce Black voting rights. That's what the text says. And that's the original intent of the framers.

They made a 51 yard walk off on the Ivy League yesterday. It’s less than a decade since Bama was missing 30 yarders regularly. It’s one thing for there to be 32 people who can do it but the change among literally hundreds at the college level is even more incredible to me.

Still thinking about this because Jesus’s example of why you get sent to Hell is “I was . . . in prison and you did not visit me.” (Matthew 25:43.) This is “I was in prison and you did not let God visit me.” He’s going to have to invent a special turbo-Hell for ICE ghouls.
