My friend in the hospital can't talk right now, but had her rosary with her. So I told her I would pray for her. I looked up the prayers and did it. All I have to say is Catholics have stamina. By the time I got to "now do the whole thing five more times," my voice was getting croaky!

I suppose I had some debt to pay for my week of redwoods joy. But sheesh could death stop stalking everyone I love. I have stuff to do!

My husband who avoids doctors has been nauseated and tired for almost three weeks. Intermittent headache and constipation. I have been trying out a variety of home remedies on him to try to diagnose him. So far I have: not appendicitis, gallstones, or migraine. Nausea not helped by zofran. Guesses?

Going to try to "Rabbit Rabbit" in the morning in hopes that if I play all the superstitious cards I was taught, I will win the lottery and be able to fix many of the world's problems. (Or start a pillow company. One of those things.)

One thing camping in a state park brings to mind is that most people are absolute idiots about fire safety. Build the fire to a foot above the fire ring, get it blazing bright, and hop into the tent for the night. What could go wrong?

I'm so bent out of shape at Disney right now. First they take over Doctor Who. Then the ruin the next Doctor by being indecisive. And now Between the Land and Sea, a DW spinoff won't be available on Disney until next year, because they are jerkfaces.
