Even though I dont celebrate Thanksgiving, I do like Thanksgiving food. Out of boredom, I cooked alil someth'n someth'n Thanksgiving inspired this weekend- Turkey Meatloaf in a cranberry glaze with sage and crushed chestnuts, some cranberry chutney and just regular Stovetop stuffing

Today is feeling extra Monday-ey - did not sleep well, woke up way too late, 20 minutes late to work cuz of subway stupidity & today's work duties changed to something I dont have the energy for. Just reminding myself its a short week & Mercury is out of retrograde this weekend.
