Thank you. In my case it’s ongoing behaviour patterns that never change. Even though it would be nice if they did. But yes, holidays make it worse.

You will be grand, it’s not a linear process.

I was told I had arthritis in my knees and then one day the pain stopped and never came back. That’s when I started researching ‘the change’, get a good book on it.

Lift weights 3xweek. Most important thing is your bone density.
