This has absolutely nothing to do with keeping America safe or righting a wrong. He's simply trying to punish democrats and make them look bad. Ninety-Nine percent of everything he does is for that exact reason. He's like a grade school bully and kid who has lots of tantrums.

Legal AF is predicting the Comey case will be dismissed with prejudiced. If that occurs it means the case can't be refiled.
I'm Not a legal analyst but the indictment would still be faulty so the court has no choice.
