I know there are ppl who run businesses, have contracts, or contact loved ones thru some of these apps. Do what you can, add more each day. Move your loved ones to diff apps. You can also delete the apps after you deactivate! And if you can do longer than a week, then do it!!! We have to keep driving the numbers down for as long as possible
