Try out fun taster sessions like Boccia, wheelchair rugby and Mitsuru karate! Leila will be there to chat about your experiences of health and social care, and offer local signposting information.

“Keeping Safe and Warm” community event hosted by Kettle Calling, with Cumbria Fire & Rescue Service. Free raffle, electric blanket testing and advice on staying warm this winter.
