Tired of people bashing frameworks like they’re the reason your product sucks?

@chriscompston.bsky.social & I went off on the “framework hate train” in the new episode of Thoughts Unravelled.

TL;DR: It’s not the framework, it’s how you use it.

I don't post much on Bluesky yet... I guess I'm still trying to figure out what makes sense to discuss here...
- Comic books + books
- Movies + Series
- Product Operations
- Design
- Product development
- Martial Arts

Yes, I have a lot of "passions" 😜
How many people out there are using OKRs in their companies?

What have been the ups and downs for you?
What? Me teaching some of the foundations of Product Operations?

What? You mean it won’t?
So many years of explaining basics to folks does get tiring, especially when the debate doesn't follow logic.

In the long run, I should be back to it, but for now, I just don't feel like it
I'm not sure if it's a thing of age or plain stubbornness, but I find my self holding back from posting any complex topics related to Product Development and Product Operations.

Why? Because I just don't have the energy for all the pointless debates that may ensue.

Ok, it's officially done. Downloaded my contact and deactivated my account.
Today I officially said goodbye to Twitter (X). It was sad to say goodbye after almost 16 years and hundreds of conversations and connections.

This image show a summary of numbers, but it was so much more than numbers.

Now! Let's start over! Looking forward to connecting to folks here!
Awesome! Please do share your latest projects. Would love to see
What about yourself? Still doing comics?
Funny though, I was organizing old files and came across some samples I did for you at the time
Not really. I just pick up my tablet and colour things for fun with a few folks I’ve stayed in contact with, but no published work in years
@sami-kivela.bsky.social OMG! Is that you? It's been ages! How are you? What you been up too?
P.S. I'll keep my twitter active for a week, just in case there are any final contacts who want to reach me, but I'm going to completely delete my account

Something exciting coming soon from myself and @hugofroes.bsky.social!

Keep an eye out for announcements in the coming weeks Product Ops folks! 😆
Just getting back on Social media after a holiday break.

Update on my old comic book collection discoveries. I discovered 2 treasures I didn't remember I had:

- Fury of Firestorm #1
- Absolute Swamp thing by Len Wein and Bernie Wrightson

I'm so chuffed I get to re-read these comics again
Oh, so good to find someone who like it as well. Not saying I've seen negative feedback on the trailer, but did see so much negativity to prior updates.

Really can't wait to see it
I might have a certain level of skepticism, but I'm still gonna watch this. The visuals look cool (despite what haters say) and it's always incredible to see comic books come to life.

I hope it hits it out of the park so we can get more great movies
So twitter now has an AI bot you can chat with similar to ChatGPT... because giving Elon Musk more of my data always seems like a good idea?
