It’s always been hard for me to keep up with friends, but as a new mom it’s felt downright impossible. Do I message instead of sleep? Sleep is already so hard with her teething. Or message instead of be present with my baby? Or instead of work, when I’m already so behind? Seriously how do moms DO it

7:30am: our already-fed, 10-month-old daughter, giggles, claps, and rhythmically bangs on things because daddy is on the floor with her and playing Bohemian Rhapsody on kazoo in our no-door, open concept house.

If you have ADHD kids, forget “hide and go seek.” Teach them games like “figure out where this goes and then keep it there!” 😆 MUCH more helpful life skill

I regret to inform you that life with #ADHD does not, in fact, “settle down.” Whatever you’ve got on hold until it does, maybe put on your cal for tomorrow.

Even if it’s just 5 minutes worth of whatever the activity is.

Those w/ADHD deserve to enjoy life, too.
UPDATE: I just found rice on my shirt. From lunch. 3 hours ago.

OK maybe I do still need more than 5 hours of sleep.

However, in relative-to-yesterday terms I am doing GREAT 🤣
UPDATE: I cleaned only the left half of my desk before running out of steam. Still calling it a win.

I GOT 5 HOURS OF SLEEP!
