First session of trauma therapy today, which starts with 10 weeks of studying trauma. It's heavy going so it gave me an excuse to explore my local area more , 10 mins walk brings me to the canal, where I watched a squirrel nab fruit from a tree and I found a pub with proper cider

So, after sitting down and working it out the maths including bills for my little flat with all its problems is going to set me back £1000 a month, gas electricity, water, Council tax, rent , TV licence, internet.....thank goodness I travelled when I did. The next 2 years will be quiet

My friend and I came to the conclusion that the last tenant knew this would be his last rental as he was saving to buy so he didn't really care and it shows

This might be the loftiest of my hopes for this next chapter, but we picked up my beloved bike - The Green Meanie - that's spent 5 years in storage. Another marathon may never happen but the park and the canal will be a good place to test how shot my legs are

A good habit I picked up during my Nottinghamshire exile was getting back into reading and I'm going to do my best to keep it up.

Easily could have spent all morning in bed but I want to get off on the right foot so I've gone for a walk and a coffee in the park

Not seen my friend in a year and she gets dragged into this .

In 10 hours we fixed the boiler, cleaned the kitchen, plumbed my nice washing machine in, dropped/picked things off at the storage unit, (got my booze & bike back), built furniture, changed lights & shopped for this needed

Now broken 😴

Yeah that's what the troubleshooting guide says but there's only one valve and I haven't got a thing like that. I have a friend coming over to help i'll better with someone here

I have no hot water, feel this could be why.

The leccie key doesn't work and when I went to drain the sink it went all over the kitchen floor

Back in Worcester after a lovely afternoon at the Talbot at Knightwick for the green hop festival. Surprised how few people were on the last bus back considering how many were on the way up!

They used to have great pizza there, but unfortunately they fell out/did the dirty (depends on who you speak to) on the vendor. I was really disappointed with the replacement but very happy that the vendor found a new home at Ross Cider. I go to Ross more than Bristol so winning!
