Yeahhhhhh, so it's not even a logical plan anyway.
It's not going to realistically hurt GF as a whole (besides individual employees who got their info leaked) but it does backfire towards the playerbase who cares and I believe that's the point 💔

Yeah, leaking the story is the most awful part but you know some asshats will go, "But you don't play Pokemon for the story, it's not good anyway" like dawg, ppl want the ANTICIPATION AND ENJOYMENT.

It reminds me of 4chan culture where they're so far up their ass, they nitpick EVERYTHING.

Ppl are doing fanart, showing screenshots and videos, esp with new character and Megas, HELL, THEY'RE EVEN ON FUCKING YOUTUBE AS WELL.

This whole fandom is shameless, just toss everyone away, the ONE time GF actually went to slowly cook a game, ppl leak it anyway.

This reminds me with how ppl were defending the leaks from ArcSys in relation to Guilty Gear calling anyone who hated the leaks as a "bootlicker".

Like what? It should be normalized to hack into company servers and spread chaos for the sake of chaos?

You complain about the games not being good cuz they're rushed yet, you spread leaks on the principle of, "Well, Z-A aren't going to be good anyway." without playing the damn game itself.

I can't overstate how pissed off I am at Pokemon fans' inability to keep Legends Z-A leaks to themselves like holy shit the lot of y'all ravenous animals with no decorum.

Couldn't wait till the game is out to be making fanart, memes and posting new characters and Megas?

From what I seen on Twitter, ppl legit don't care about spoiler tags and those defending the leaks becoming widely known are being assholes about it, deflecting those complain as "bootlickers" and whatnot.

They see the leaks as revenge against GameFreak cuz of how rich they are.
