Just had a brilliant conversation with Christian Kent from Plymouth Argyle about sustainability. They installed 1MW of solar capacity at Home Park. The investment paid for itself in 8 MONTHS!!! They sell excess power to local homes at cost & provide at cost EV charging #GreenSky #CarbonLiteracy

The responses to this post tell you that sport is as much cultural as it is spectacle. My son and I can reminisce fondly over a 0-0 draw at Blackburn as being the worst game we ever went to because we understand the game and the context. It is cultural capital.
Reminder that there are people who walk among us who think that international football is boring.

Funny that they didn't apologise for the fact that teacher wellbeing is at an all-time low. 76% of education staff and 86% of senior leaders report feeling stressed. What's the answer? AI derived attendance targets. You couldn't make this shit up!
