We need to completely overhaul the CPUC. I have been meaning to look into its structure for the last year and haven't gotten around to it yet. But now seems like a good time to figure it out and how it can be revamped to actually protect the consumers and not the utility companies!

The SF/Bay Area can relate. Yesterday we experienced the 2nd rainiest day since they have been tracking weather. Normally we are a happy, sunny 75 degrees. Yesterday was not that.
