Feliza can be considered a "princess" between 9 AM and 11 PM, and only as long as there are no pizzette in the middle.

Outside of that time frame, royal etiquette is suspended 'till next morning.

I attacked Lizyami2806 on Art Fight.

I managed to find time this weekend (the simple character design probably helped a little). I'd usually wait for the event to be over but I kinda liked the water effect I managed to pull off here.

Not spectacular by any means but I consider it a first step.
