It's been a hectic year, advising companies as small a headcount as 20 and as large as 20,000 (globally) and I'm ready for the Xmas break to arrive like next week. 😩

So many people are going to die and it’s all preventable
FL is moving forward w/ plan to end all childhood vaccine mandates. Starting with hepatitis B, chickenpox, and the bacteria causing meningitis and pneumonia. Then next year GOP FL legislature is expected to revisit 1977 law re: whooping cough, measles, polio, rubella, mumps, diphtheria, and tetanus.

Paris shows what happens when cities put people before cars: cleaner air, greener streets, and healthier lives. The data (and the air) speak for themselves! 🌱🚶‍♀️🚴
“Air pollution fell substantially as Paris restricted car traffic and made way for parks, people-streets and bike-lanes.”

Better for the climate, better for health, better for livability and quality of life.

Common sense.

Such a no-brainer, it’s remarkable that more cities HAVEN’T done the same.
Paris said au revoir to cars. Air pollution maps reveal a dramatic change.

Correct. Last time I checked, EV credits were >50% of headline revenue.
The latest 'creative accounting' manoeuvre is for Elon's other entities (Space X, xAI) to buy Cybertrucks in vain attempt to juice the quarterly numbers.

It's a circular mirage of success, while the Chinese corner the EV market. 🤷‍♂️
Just a reminder that Aussie Robyn Denholm, a Chartered Accountant by training, was hand-picked by Elon as Chair in 2018 after the SEC forced him to stop holding both Chair & CEO roles.
Because they've overpayed for undercooked tech, so the only way to even remotely recover the capex spend is to stuff it into everyone's subscription and hope no-one notices the dark pattern & calls it out.

Oops. Hundreds did. To the ACCC.
Dead Men Tell No Tales, and Hit No Home Runs. Soz. 🤷‍♂️
And yet, we have to couch it in terms of 'an allegation of deceptive conduct' (which no doubt Microsoft will vigorously defend against) until such time as legal judgement is reached.
The Chewbacca Defense, but for white supremacists.
Looking forward to seeing Matt 'Protector of the Natural Environment' Canavan in a koala suit, after moving on from his 'Tradie' cosplay era below.

Wait until he hears that Reagan didn't trust the Russians.
The first was mandatory in Brunswick, Melbourne (the spiritual home of the Aussie hipster) in the 2000s.
Just needs a man bun & an unhealthy obsession with single-origin coffee.

The hard truth about the consequences of the #ClimateCrisis — wildfires, floods, storms, droughts, heat waves and more — won’t come from climate activists who are too easily ignored or even vilified. It will come from central banks. And insurance companies. And every rational evidence-based sector.
