In one week I'm making deep-dish pizza for my D&D group. First time ever. Can I use glass pie pans? Should I get metal pans? Do I want some kind of conductive pins to help them cook in the middle? Any other advice?

They came out a little soggy last time; what's your favorite prevention for that? Pre-toasting? Rack closer to the heat? Put a grille under them?

I've had this bottle of peanut sauce for about a month and have tutoring tonight, so, something quick. The stewing beef will get cut into strips when it thaws. I rabidly hate cauliflower but cauliflower "rice" is excellent; try it if you haven't. #cooking #whatsforsupper
