Join Us in a Peaceful
No Kings Rally on Saturday 10-18-25
Ellsworth, Maine
Democracy is fragile.
NEW: A huge ice sculpture of the word “DEMOCRACY” is currently melting away in front of the US Capitol.

Organized by artists and activists, it was commissioned by the Up In Arms campaign, an effort led by Ben Cohen, the cofounder of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream.

Great advice for anyone who cannot attend a peaceful rally on Saturday. #NoKings #DumpTrump
If you can't attend:
1. Donate to a local election candidate
2. Vote early in NJ, CA, PA, VA, WA, and return your ballots
3. Remind a friend to vote
4. Call your reps
5. Offer to babysit for friends to attend
6. Drive by one and HONK
7. Share on SM event info
8. Help put up event flyers

Yes your taxes should support disabled people.

They should support homeless people.

They should support those living in poverty, children and the elderly.

This is literally the purpose of taxes, and I would far rather support those who need it than continue to enrich the elite.
