Breaking News: Israel said the Red Cross had custody of some of the hostages in Gaza who were to be released in exchange for Palestinian prisoners.

The Israeli military said the Red Cross has custody of seven of the first hostages who are to be released as part of an exchange for Palestinian prisoners. President Trump was scheduled to land in Israel and address Parliament.
