Mate went home as he'd had enough to drink, which kinda means I'm now off home. Where's the Soton crew when you need them to continue the night?

Hayley Williams' doppelganger is in the venue I'm in and it's very distracting

The Russkies might be cutting the underwater pipes as my internet is dead and phone signal struggling (so rubbish hotspot).

Had a look at Pacific Drive. Great setting, horrible micro-management of everything. Great if you like that type of thing.

Red Dead Redemption frustrates immediately with asking you to hold x to maintain horse speed, thereby restricting your ability to move the camera.

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle complete. Overall excellent, but I did find that once past Egypt I felt little compulsion to entertain side missions and everything in Iraq feels rushed. If Machine Games make a sequel, there's potential to make an all-timer.

Experiencing the Game Awards in the best fashion, via a @skillup.bsky.social summary. Star Wars: Fate of the Old Republic looks interesting.

Haven't watched a film since the 23rd November but can see that Influencers is available on Shudder. First one was decent. New Creep Tapes also.

So apparently I can say this now; I am like 99% sure this was the guy that attacked my friend at one of the protests outside a hotel housing refugees earlier this year an got me arrested for affray (released without charge). Bristol antifascists K/D ratio remains immaculate.
Oh what a pity, what a shame

Pretty sure The Game Awards weren't past midnight last year were they. Had hoped to watch them live.

Watching Bristol City is so depressing tonight. So tempted to stay in the bar second half. They look devoid of belief. With our December fixture list being as brutal as it is, we could have lost 5 in a row by the New Year.

Ouch.
it's 2025 and the gangly guy who appeared on a few seasons of The Office is now our only mirror to society

This is the greatest zombie film of the 21st century. All hail Lord Sir Jimmy Crystal and his seven fingers!

With Aussie teens losing access to social media as of now, I don't think people really understand how much that is going to be a shock for them. Huge impact psychologically.

A colleague aborted her trip into the office today because some pore soul in the seat in front of her spew projectile vomit all over the bus. No one helped them apparently...eyes down all round. It got me to thinking. Yes, people are disconnected today but are you really going to get covered?

By the year I'll end up having finished 10-12 videogames, which is simultaneously more than I remember achieving previously, yet still a low number. In 2026 I'm hoping to branch out and try new and varied games.

That's the first Silent Hill f playthrough complete and I really rate this. Very impactful story, beautiful art and I enjoyed the combat. There are areas fle improvement but this should be applauded for what it achieves. Needs focus to fully comprehend events but that's half the fun.
