A genuine man being kind and doing a good deed. Thank you Zohran for being a man of good character; having a vision and putting into motion a better future for all. Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours. Guy

Informative article, thank you. I have prostate cancer & like with Ben I too had curiously undiagnosed urinary tract changes. The urologist at the time told me the condition/discomfort I was experiencing was due to my aging. Yowsa was he ever mistaken. Highly recommend reading. Cheers Guy
Prostate cancer mainly affects men over 50, symptoms may vary. In Ben's case it was a urinary tract infection.

This is his journey & shows early checks are vital for a cancer affecting 1 in 8 men.
The trouble with dribbles – a revealing prostate cancer journey
Prostate cancer can develop silently. Some have no classic prostate cancer symptoms. Early checks are vital – sometimes, the signs are hidden

Peter thank you for the post. Rachel Reeves truly has no understanding of what it is to be poor. She continues to demonstrate through words and actions nothing but apathy towards those less fortunate than herself. Guy

"Tweaks to taxation and spending aren’t going to un-break Britain.

A tax on multi-million-pound properties, while welcome, is not going to erode the extraordinary wealth of those at the top of our society – nor their grip over our democracy."

Definitely give this video by Grace Blakeley a watch. She posing the question how do we all connect & let the elite class know we have had enough?
The film “Network” “I’m as mad as hell & I'm not going to take it anymore.” comes to mind. A mantra for the 21st century

Well done by the Obama judges and the blue states.
Popok: The blue states and cities effectively brought the cases. The red states are suffering, and their AGs are sitting on the sidelines. There’s no red state that brought a case. Think about that: not one red state attorney general brought a case to help prevent starvation and suffering. None.

Definitely take a look-see at Tim Miller's video. As I wrote earlier the Trump administration has arrived at the heartless position “Let them eat cake”. Shameful that the Trump administration is withholding reserve funds intentionally starving children & adults. Guy

Brilliant read, highly recommend reading. Grace Blakeley writes with intelligence and insight. Yet again another week in review that includes knowledge that we all need to be aware of; helps make sense on what's what in this topsey turvy world we all live in. Guy
The people of the Caribbean are being forced to bear the costs of a crisis they did not cause. And they can’t afford the clean-up thanks to the legacy of colonialism.

I’m joining 24 other states in taking legal action to demand the Trump Administration release SNAP payments that help millions put food on the table.

On Saturday — for the first time in history — nearly two million Pennsylvanians won’t receive the SNAP benefits they need to feed their families because President Trump is using their food assistance as a political bargaining chip.

Thank you Senator Bernie Sanders.
It is outrageous that Trump refuses to release the $5 billion to fund SNAP and feed our children.

The good news is that 11 Republicans are joining all Democrats to demand that we feed American children.

Let’s bring that bill to a vote on the floor immediately.
