so in Santorini we went to a v good restaurant with a little shop attached, and bought a jar of amazing tomato paste and 2 jars of caper leaves. the tomato paste jar unsealed itself on the plane to Athens, and the caper leaves fell on the tile floor our first night here and smashed. RIP 🥲

Jeff and I were so excited to be away from the rest of his family for a day that we volunteered to sit in the laundromat doing all of our laundry while the others went off on a day trip to Delphi 😌

Vancouverites are so fucking spoiled by our airport skytrain service. we missed the metro to Athens after our flight and the next one wasn’t for forty minutes 💀

idk if it’s because of our dumbass liquor laws or what but it seems like it’s way more common for bars at home to serve at least SOME food. I really want the vibe of a bar rn but I cannot order a second beer on an empty stomach at this cool dive that only serves booze
