In Diddy Kong Racing DS, the message when connection is lost during Download Play is "LOST ALL CHILDREN". The cartridge is internally called a "parent" and the downloaded instances its "children". While this would make sense to the developers, it has the potential to confuse or scare players.

White supremacy from white supremacists.
The Trump administration said Friday that Europe is facing the “stark prospect of civilizational erasure” and pledged that the U.S. will support like-minded “patriotic” parties across the continent to prevent a future in which “certain NATO members will become majority non-European.”
Trump Administration Says Europe Faces ‘Civilizational Erasure’
America’s goal should be “to help Europe correct its current trajectory,” the administration said in its new National Security Strategy.

Note: Netflix isn't buying CNN.
It made a (so-far) successful bid for Warner Brothers assets.
CNN is part of Discovery Global, to be spun off + sold separately in 2026.
The headlines are confusing.
It's explained here in @brianstelter.bsky.social CNN report on the deal

It would be cool if you could actually visit real people during dreams.

Because I met with Marco Rubio overnight and I gave him an earful for his pathetic support of Trump and I really want that to be real.

The “CBS Evening News” needs a new anchor – and soon.

Maurice DuBois, who has co-anchored the storied broadcast this year alongside John Dickerson, is leaving the network later this month.

Dickerson announced his departure back in October.

Maurice DuBois is leaving CBS News. John Dickerson previously announced he was also leaving. CBS promoted both earlier this year to anchor the CBS Evening News but the format was weird and then new owners took over. A shame that CBS promotes talented people and then discards them.
