yea, it's pretty common, you could maybe get some led. when you plant them or move them to a bigger pot you can bury that stem pretty deep they'll actually start growing roots from it

Could it happen here? I don’t think it’s about whether you have “paper”. It’s whether you have people & institutions - parliamentarians, judges, civil servants, office-holders, influential commentators - willing and able to stand up for the rule of law and the constitution (whether on paper or not)
