I have written to Lisa Nandy, following her grossly misleading comments over the Maccabi Tel Aviv ban.

This is about a group of fans with a history of racism and violence. It is not about banning Jewish people - and any attempt to conflate the two is shameful.
I'd love to help out if I could be useful
Utter disgrace. Was this before or after their most recent violence in Israel that saw the Derby match cancelled?

The government is gaslighting the British public over the Maccabi Tel Aviv ban.
If you are engaging with the discussion on Aston Villa v Maccabi TA and its wider implications, do read this substack by Owen Jones. It's really informative, particularly the later sections. I learnt a few things which are worth knowing.

Maccabi Tel Aviv hooligans: lies, smears - and the truth
Tel Aviv's police ban the city's derby after Maccabi hooligans rioted. You cannot make this sh*t up.

“Apartheid South Africa was rightly excluded from international sport for over thirty years. It was a moral duty — and it worked… The genocidal apartheid state of Israel must face the same consequences.”

My piece for Tribune: tribunemag.co.uk/2025/10/star...
Starmer’s Sweet and Tender Hooligans
Keir Starmer’s rush to unleash Maccabi Tel Aviv hooligans on the streets of Birmingham shows an astonishing obsession with normalising Israeli apartheid — and must be opposed.

Which idiot was it that persuaded Keir Starmer to stake the reputation of the British government on the capricious behaviour of a bunch of fascistic, racist football hooligans in Israel with the second worst reputation for fascist violence?

Or did he come up with that all by himself?

#StarmerOut
Surveillance capitalism in all its forms, much of which is conducted by private corporations who not only compile data but use it to manipulate the democratic process
I get you. They're very much the henchmen of the ruling class, though, and it's imperative that we block them from getting elected. You can vote a fascist in, but you can't vote them out again!

The silence of the Westminster lobby as one of their own backs calls for me — an elected Member of Parliament — to be deported is telling.

No condemnation, just bootlicking of their proprietors and jostling for Zone 2 dinner party invites.

Our media class is rotten to the core.
Any and all Reform MPs. Uncovering and exposing BNP candidate's violent, criminal pasts and extremist, racist, ablist, misogynist views was hugely instrumental in showing communities who they really were, and destroying their electoral prospects. Knowledge is power! ✊🏾📚❤️🚩

A mainstream “journalist” calling for a British MP to be deported. Is it because I’m Muslim? Next time, just say it with your chest.

They’ll tell you fascism in this country is a working-class phenomenon. That’s a lie.

It’s the ruling class, and their snivelling lackeys like Christian here, who want us divided.

Don’t let them win.

If only this Labour government was “doing everything” to end child poverty — instead of bending over backwards for racist football hooligans and the genocidal apartheid state of Israel it sells arms to.

I had a wonderful day at Manor Gardens for the launch of our "You Belong in Islington" campaign.

This is about creating a message of unity across our borough, celebrating the voices of refugees, migrants, LGBTQ+ communities, and all those who have made Islington their home!

The government says it is “driving forward private finance efforts for Gaza's reconstruction.”

As if enabling a genocide wasn't enough. Now, they are allowing private companies to make some money out of it as well.

Have they no shame?

'No shame': UK invites private firms to compete for Gaza reconstruction contracts
As Britain positions itself as key player in the rebuilding of territory devastated by Israel's genocide, MPs point to its role in its destruction

Oh man, I'd love to have been there for that conversation!
How this showed on my feed. I really wondered where it was going 😮
