Ferienende bedeutet auch: alle Spiele und Tiktok wieder vom Handy löschen, eine Zeitsoerre für Insta einrichten, alle Benachrichtigungen deaktivieren, kein Koffein mehr konsumieren ubd wieder um spätestens 10 im Bett sein, weil um 5:30 der Wecker läutet.
